Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items (such as special orders)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a request.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As mentioned above, the item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
